After a draining Champions League away win in midweek, Arsenal turn their attentions back to forcing their way in to the Barclays Premier League’s top four, starting with a home match against Blackburn Rovers.

Arsenal will be without striker Eduardo (groin) for Saturday’s Barclays Premier League meeting against Blackburn.

Andrei Arshavin will be available having been cup-tied for the midweek Champions League match in Rome, when the Gunners went through following extra-time and penalties.

Defender Mikael Silvestre (calf) is not yet match fit, while Emmanuel Adebayor (hamstring), captain Cesc Fabregas (knee) and Tomas Rosicky (hamstring tendon) continue their rehabilitation.

Blackburn striker Roque Santa Cruz will miss Saturday’s trip to Arsenal due to a knee injury.
